Treat Mum to an unforgettable Mother’s Day experience at Estelle, where we’ve created a sumptuous Sunday feast that celebrates her with every dish. Your day begins with South Australian oysters dressed in a vibrant cherry habanero sauce, alongside aged cheddar scones topped with pickled onion jam .
You’ll then make your way through a delicate wild mushroom gnocchi, followed by a beautifully prepared lamb shoulder, infused with fragrant rosemary and garlic, accompanied by roasted cauliflower, baby potatoes with a zesty salsa verde, and a refreshing radicchio salad with Dutch carrots.
The grand finale is a show-stopping caramelised apple choux bun, filled with silky vanilla custard and delicate petit fours – a sweet tribute only fitting for mum!
