Starward, crowned the ‘Most Awarded Distillery of the Year’ at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2022, continues to make waves in the whisky world, crafting exceptional spirits with each experimental batch. Join us for an evening dedicated to the art of whisky and fine dining, catering to both seasoned whisky enthusiasts and first-time sippers alike. Indulge in an array of whisky cocktails, whisky-cured ocean trout, whisky aged in chardonnay barrels, whisky infused with honeycomb and more!

Curated by Head Chef Georgina Dent, our bespoke menu features local produce in Estelle’s refined yet relaxed style with stand-outs like Loddon Estate quail and the sweet finale of quince tarte tatin paired with Starward’s new Honeycomb whisky in cocktail form—a match made in whisky heaven.
